I am a new member of this forum but have been involved with a number of other forums in the past. On them, there has always been a number of "Geeks" like me that do their best to document the improvements made to their vehicles over time.

This will be the beginning, and I will strive to include many photos (a failure of mine in the past), and to document and help out whenever I can other members seeking answers to various problems. I am by no means an expert, but have some buddies who are experts and they will be assisting me in many of the tasks.

So, here goes. Attached are a few shots of the new 20 footer, a white 1966 C-10 with no frills. Previous owners installed the current 350, not sure of its vintage. I am still contemplating additions and modifications to the truck as I am typically a purist. However, I bought this one to make it into a good driver. First order of business will be to replace the fuel pump which is leaking, check the brakes over (discs in front, non-power), add a power booster to the front discs, replace the tires from 1999, recover the seat in leather, arm rests on doors, and sun visors (2). I was told this truck had the factory hazard light option which is pretty cool if it is original. I will be adding air-conditioning as well at some point. Not sure if I will replace the motor yet or not. It seems to run well, but the Holley 650 either needs work by my buddy the pro, John F., or it will need to be replaced.

I have attached a few pics as well. Go ahead and subscribe now!!

Picked up the replacement fuel pump today from NAPA. Found a leak that is not acceptable in the top seam of the pump. It will certainly give me something fun to do this week beside work!!
