How do I fix this or start trouble shooting. and yes the needle looks weird because upon cleaning it snapped. So I super glued it back for the time being.
Seems the video plays but has a buffer if you havent the time to view, basically as I drive the speedometer needle bounces. Seems only when really accelerating or maintaining and higher speed 9Z

The cable needs to be lubed or replaced. On rare occasions, the speedometer is bad. The problem is probably the cable. You can remove the cable. The inside turning part can be pulled out. A dab of light grease will help. Heavy thick grease will not work. If the grease is thick, the cable does not turn fast enough. My needle bounced around too. After using very light grease, the problem went away.
