I bought this transmission, rebuilt on EBay, years ago. It has about 4000 miles on it. I noticed recently it's not going into overdrive. What are things I need to check to find the problem.

Does it shift thru the other gears normally? Then just stays in 3rd.

Well if the tv cable is properly adjusted, than most likely it is internal. Make sure the cable is set up properly, plenty of how to on the net.

I just learned I have been cheated when I bought and had it installed. Two different people. This transmission is a 200 metric. I'll have to use it and replace with a 200r4. Thanks for your help.
