Has anyone installed rear splash guards with 3m tape only? I don't really want to drill holes in my fender and was thinking about using more 3m strips in place of the pins. Has anyone tried this?

The one's I used had pre-dilled holes that line up with the inner fender holes. I removed the push in pins then lined up the flap and pushed the pins back into the holes.

I'm not sure how well double stick tape would work.
