If all three pulleys are 3/8", the belt is easy. Set your generator or alternator adjustment at about the midpoint of its travel. Run a tape measure around the outside of all three pulleys (not down in the groove). This gives you the approximate length you need and any parts store should be able to help you from there.

For the upper hose, put the 216 water outlet on the engine and use the stock 46 hose, assuming you have a stock 46 radiator.

The problem with the lower hose, again assuming a stock radiator, is that it needs to have two different diameters (1-1/2" and 1-3/4"). On my swaps I always used a universal flex hose with the correct diameters that was (and probably still is) stocked by almost every parts store.

If you don't like the look of flex, you might be able to find a molded hose that will fit if your parts store is friendly enough to let you search through their stock. Also, a special "swap" hose might be available from one or more of the vintage specialty parts vendors if you have the time to page through their websites or paper catalogs.
