Had to r/r front and rear springs AGAIN! - cut the backs to get ride height dn a bit after the exhaust fab... clearance is good. Had to cut fronts just to the preload point since we lost some weight up there - springs weren't "springy" - good to go now.

fabbed a little close out angle to finish the bracing I removed so the hood would shut.

figure the spare tire/ rim and the hood section I fabbed in were a good place to shoot some samples -
had 3 diff paint reps telling me how bueno their stuff is and how bad everyone else's was...wound up squirting BASF base and Glasurit Clear... I am now a huge fan and that's gonna be what gets shot on here.

Got a few pieces back from the upholsterer...back seat back and bottom, dash pad, package tray, frt and rear armrest inserts... Such an ugly color its gorgeous! ( all OEM as the car was new...just new material/vinyl)

Secondary note - front hood trim is alum. everything else is stainless... I worked the dents out of the part and went to sand - impossible! The alum is coated with a clear phosphoric type anodize for durability. So...10 min covered in EZ Off original oven cleaner, a few wipes with a scotchbrite and reapply ...got rid of it... now I can polish it back. I'll prob just clear it once I have it shiny. ***don't leave the oven cleaner on and forget about it...you will not have a part left when you remember to go check!!***

down the street - no hood or decklid...doors held shut by hand... it's twitchy...the fear was it would spin around and go out of control... very very quick revving and torquey. the 6014 box needs some things changed in the program...I'm still learning it.
