Got a 99 454 2500 suburban had to put new intake and exhaust valves on put it all back together and can't get timing right I have tried advancing it and still no start put new coil and still nothing what could be wrong??

Welcome to CT, basics, do you have spark and fuel pressure, how do you know it is a timing issue.
