Please forgive me I had trouble getting this to add. Also this has probably been discussed before. I have a 350 that was rebuilt and dyno tested at 425 hp. RebuilDer paperwork lost do to a death. Engine runs 230-240. New wp, 160 tstat with bypass holes. Upper hose Builds pressure and pops off. Head gaskets and heads look fine.
I see a water port in the middle of the head with no port in the block in the same place. Please help.

My first thought is the water pump, V-belt and serpentine are reverse rotation from each other.

Already checked that. It is a v-belt. It does have a chrome pulley, would that be a concern?
