Looking for information on paint code 988 Marlboro marroon for 1967 vette? Mostly where to find a good match for the color?

A few more questions; what state are you in (ie. California has a high VOC limit), are you NCRS judging, two-stage, lacquer?

I am in indiana,not ncrs, wanted to paint base coat clear coat. Just want the correct color. Any info you have would be appreciated.

Are you going to paint it yourself?

If not then I would not buy paint till you consulted with the person who will paint it. A lot of painters and shops will never use customer supplied paint.
