Replacing the gas tank in a '65 Corsa. Questions:
1. Is there a recommended sending unit?
2. The float is shot. Will the Ford replacement work? If so, part #?
3. Is the stock gas cap available?
4. Is fuel line for fuel injected cars any better than the original type usinh ethanol?

Thanks,
Larry

An original sending unit is still available from several of the Corvair parts vendors such as Clarks Corvair, Corvair Underground, or Corvair1. So is the gas cap and you can buy the float separate. The couple of short fuel line hoses you will need to connect the things up are available at any local parts store. All the fuel line stuff that is sold today will handle the ethanol fuels.
