Hi! I just installed my cpp 500 box to the car and it really does steer great. Just one small question, I have the stock "lid" on top of the box and I'd like to change to the chromed one on the picture with cpp written on it. Is this possible when the box is under pressure or installed or will something happen? Probably a stupid question but just want to be sure, I suppose I remove the four bolts and replace with the chromed ones so I suppose there is no problem but any suggestions and help is appreciated. Best regards

I think that will screw up the adjuster screw on top.

This is very easy, you do not have to remove anything off the box itself; All you have to do is take all 4 hex bolts out and place the cover over the top of the box and tighten back up with the button heads. This is just a finisher cap.

Nothing will happen by removing the 4 bolts.
