I have a 1985 chevy 350 in a 1970 impala and im looking for a new carb for the engine. it has the stock rochester quadrajet in it and im looking for something different. most of the vacumes lines have been blocked off so im looking for a carb that is for a daily driver but that i can also burn the tires off with. Any suggestions, also im not looking for one that is expensive so a low price would be nice.

It's going to take more than a change of carb for a stock '85 350 in a '70 Impala to be burning any tires, at least on dry pavement.

Best carb suggestion is a QJet.
