That car is so well done. It may not be everyone's cuppa tea, but dang, the fabrication work is FIRST RATE.

I love everything about it except the headlights.... that hurt my chest when I saw them. That and the steering wheel... two of what makes a 50's car a 50's car, gone. They do make miniature 55-6-and 7 steering wheels, which while still wrong for our cars, look less out of place than the 90's style ones. I may use a 13" 1955 wheel if I hate the 17" one with power steering - chances are I will love it.

Anyway, beautiful car. ESPECIALLY the tail lights

It's not often that I like the chopped top on these cars but, this is one of a few that I think look great.
I wish I would have realized when I was working on my Fleetline is how little room there is behind the dashboard. I would have either changed the dash completely or cut it out and moved it back as far as I dared. There is plenty of leg room to do that, and then there would have more room for wiring, windshield wipers, radio, A/C, etc. It's pretty crowded behind my dash, and since I like to tweet things to improve my work, it's difficult to work under the dash. I like how some of the newer car dashboards actually swing down by removing a few screws across the top.

A LOT of various year, Corvette influence there, and I mean a LOT. I like the back view, not so much the front. I am Butch/56sedandelivery.
