I keep getting "low coolant level" light on first startup of the day. Is the sensor located on the coolant recovery tank or on the engine?
3.8 engine. The coolant level is good but I added water when the light first came on and I didn't check if it really needed coolant or not.

Sorry to not answer til now, but I haven't been on CT in a while. The sensor on my brother's '99 was on the passenger side radiator tank.
