I bought one from Classic Industries, had to redrill some holes, also needed help to try to get it in place,it looks nice but the fit was terrible.

I couldn't answer this question b/c I haven't needed to get 'em for my 1989 Caprice Classic ... but I SHOULD get 'em for my 1979 Caprice Classic, if I am able to keep them.

I'm late getting to this party, but my recollection is that the 86 header panel and bumper fillers are a one-year thing. That may be why the poster above had to drill some holes.
