Aaron; Since my health has gone South and I am no longer capable of turning a wrench, I took my Nomad (57) to a local guy who installed one of your polished tilt columns. First problem is a terrible noise going down the road; when I hit rough pavement it sounds like the firewall is falling out. The box is your 500, and it sort of "hangs up" and seems to stick on center.
I also have an aftermarket 60 Impala wheel on there, and the cancel mechanism for the turn signal does not fit. He claims that he has ordered a replacement but it has been over a month. Does that sound like a common problem?
This car is kickin' my butt. Any suggestions?

PS, are you guys going to ever revive the tri-5 parade and tour?

I think you emailed me directly on this and I replied. The tilt column is for 1969-94 wheels so it does not accept the cancelling cam. If you still have any other questions please call me directly. Thanks

Thanks,
