I've got a 64 impala with lt1 motor painless wiring harness been in car for 2yrs after sitting for couple months got it out other day after installing 4 wheel disk brakes and check engine light on but shows no codes and has no power taking off gets pass 30 mph and has power.changed plugs & wires,cleaned o2 sensors any suggestions on what it might be

Put throttle position sensor on it and drove to work today seems to be getting little power but when I floor it you can't hear cold air intake open up just exhaust gets louder anyone know what might cause this

First thing I would do is check for codes and what the fuel pressure is.

Had a customer vehicle here a while back that lives in Fl. during the winter. Car did the same thing as yours. Fuel pressure good but had lean codes. You could not fit one more acorn in the air filter box if you tried.
