A Summary of Repairs, Maintenance and Technical details from my 41 years with the Red Chev

Hi Guys,

I have added a section to the left hand side of my blog http://my28chev.blogspot.com.au/ covering the repairs, maintenance and other technical related maters during my 41 years with the Red Chev, and more recently covering my association with Monty the 1928 Chev, and his owner Grant Fowler. The 61 postings on the rebirth of Monty are great reading, and with photos, that sadly I did not take of my initial restoration back in 1973 may be of assistance and motivation to others.

Cheers

Ray

The Red Chev (Blog) is up and running again

Hi Folks,

Pleased to say that after a couple of weeks of PC problems, I am now able to update my blog. Previously I was only able to read and edit, but could only add new postings on another PC.

Now, down to business. Hopefully you have seen the many technical related postings I have included from the Red Chev, and Monty the 1928 Chev.

I would welcome any feedback or suggestions on how this may be improved to help other Chev 4 owners.

Do you have any items you would like posted?

Please either place a comment on my blog, or you can email me at raydn@optusnet.com.au

If you have any tips or technical items I can post in this section please send them to me.

In the next few weeks I will be loading the following new items:

* Horn and Steering Wheel Controls
* Steering Upgrade for a Chev 4
* Wheel Puller for a Chev 4

Regards

Ray Dean

GOOD BYE. IT HAS BEEN FUN

Hi Guys,

This will be my last posting on Chevy Talk site, as I have been advised that "Rays Chev Blog" will be moved to the 12-28 Chev Forum. Unfortunately the new location is poorly patronized and my feeling is that it will no longer justify the effort. Thanks to the 3,600 people who have viewed my forum, but unfortunately this has not been sufficient for forum management to maintain it in "The Spotlight"

Regards

Ray Dean
