I have a 1993 Corsica with a 3.1. It has a misfire. It didn't pass emissions because of excessive HC. I thought I had it diagnosed as a bad coil because two plugs were fowled and they both led to the same coil. Replaced the coil with a new one and still have the miss. Wires are new. Any ideas? Fuel filter and pump are new.

I would do a compression test first, to make sure you have adequate compression in those two cylinders. If the compression is good then try the following link to test the ignition module, coils, etc...
