just picked up this 55 4dr. belair, not running. got it for parts for the race car 350.00.
but I threw a hot battery and some fresh gas in the carb. fired right up , runs good, but need to rebuild the carb.
picked up a new racecar a few weeks ago

Nice pics.My junk will not post pics anymore.57 Chevy is only car ever had four of.Two 4DH,one rag top,and one2DS.All BelAir but the last 2DS.It had the BelAir side chrome added as you see lots do.It had a 66 327 60over with 62BW four speed.Rest were all stock.Allso had a 552DH AND 55 4DS.Now have a full fendered rat 37chevy pu since 1977 when I put a 67 283 andPG in it.1956 I guess was first year for 4DH in both Chevy and Ford?

'58 Biscayne I've now added Belair side trim too and our '57 Belair about to get new interior and paint (tropic turquoise/ivory).

A few more of it.
I had a buddy of mine do some body work & paint to the car from the side trim up to fix some bad places so it would be more presentable. I think he did a excellent job for no more than he charged.

If you don't want to fool around with a third source to post photos to first, yes. Dig up the $25.00. This site is worth that many times over in a year.
