Tony,
Can we kind of change the track rules a bit to make this interesting?

1st run is the practice run
2nd run is qualifying run.
3rd run is the race, but we invert the field (slowest in front). That will make the action all that much more fun...
And we need some videocams for the helmets.

It'll also give JR more guys to put into the wall too! Great entertainment!

We need 8 for our heat.

I booked it based on eariler feedback.
Its $60 for the 3 runs as usual.

Can I get a head count again? I thought I understood that George and Thadd were running but I suspect not.

I NEED 8 people or we have to at least pay for 8.

Good job Tony!

I was busy with a pesky gnat, that kept trying to cling to my rear bumper. I flicked him off so many times, I lost count.

Really enjoyed the cart racing, had a great time. Got to admit I didn't know what to expect and was a little shakey at first but after a few laps it was all fun and games. Looking forward to racing again next year. I truely think if some of the others tried it they would be hooked too.

Ray asked me to pass on to all of you what a good time he had racing. Thanks for including him and he would like to race again.

Thanks everyone....sure was fun. Congratulations to the winners.

Larry,

All those who raced were winners.

Thanks for giving it a try. If you haven't tried it you have no idea how fun it can be and how much work it is.

Every year you get better. I hope you both can join us next year as well.

I forgot I had a Martin Truex Jr. #56 banner with me to give away. I got it last month at a Hooter's car show. It's a 3 X 5 and I'll send it to anyone that might like to have it.

A shame to waite until next year to race again. Kind of like to do it again around Feb. or March. I would be interested anytime.

Larry

Larry,
My son Trevor would LOVE to have that banner to put up in his bedroom.. his dad might even steal it to put up in the garage when he goes away to college in a year or 2.

This is pure track smack now Steve.

I had a GREAT time with youz guyz...even it youz all tried to flick me off the track this year.

I was gunnin' for your son-in-law and knew if I didn't catch him by the 2nd corner on that first lap, I'd never catch him.

They you 2 heavyweights just did the tag team move on me in one of them corners and I was cursing at you the rest of the race.

Heck yes I was aiming for your bumper Steve.

Good times. Better luck next year. In stead of losing more weight, maybe I'll put the 10 back on and move up from welterweight category.

Paul

Yep the show was a great time and the cart racing was as usual a blast. I had two good carts, one for the practice which did fine and one really nice one that put me in the top running but sadly for the race that counted I drew the cart with what appeared to be grease for tires it spun around so badly I am still dizzy.
Lucky I couldn't get close to anyone otherwise I likely would have taken the entire pack out. Spent the night nursing a knee with a tearing ACL and now have a sore elboe as a token of hitting one of the walls so hard it raised it off the ground high enough to hit me in the right elboe. After that they tuned down my car so slow I could have gotten out and walked the track faster!
Still all in all I had a blast, congrats to the winners.
Bob

The picture of Larry was taken during the line up for the real race laps. I did not expect to get
car sick during the familiarization portion of the event. I stood down and became the photographer. I enjoyed the getogether anyway.
