It may, but you're going to have to measure.

Any of the Malibu clones including Monte Carlo and G-body should swap, though, '77-'88 or '89 whichever was the last year. May be minor changes in plugs/switches (I know around '87 some electrical plugs change design).

Those who can, do. Those who can't, criticize it on the internet.

Plus cars for swap and sale
& yes, I once tried a frame swap on a 51 Chevy.

I think that the '79-'80 malibu column is different than '81 up. Don't recall the difference, but it is may be the wiper switch. Yours in in the dash and later are in the column? Any '79-'80 G-body will interchange. Can't help on the camaro unit, but almost anything can be made to fit.

Yes, each of the columns from G-body vehicles 1978-1988 will work. There are, however differences in the wiper circuit, should you desire to convert a factory dash-mounted switch to the multifunctional, turn signal-switched style. I heard that certain years have a different grounding circuit for the wipers; Though I'm not sure if this is actually the case.
