Any tricks to changing the heater blower motor? Looks like its under the dash passenger side. Thanks

Check to see if your blower works on high speed only. If it does, it's usually a bad resistor, but in some cases, if water has contacted the resistor the motor may not work at all. Test for power at the blower motor to see of you have power at different speeds to tell if the resistor is good. The resistor is about $40. The motor is about $200. If you have to remove the motor, you need to cut through the case between the circular ribs around the motor with a sharp utility knife. Below is a pic of where the resistor is under the dash. The motor is to the right. Hope this helps...

Thanks, I have a motor and a new resistor. Water leaked in to the opening from the bad seal under the wiper cowl. That's fixed now. Just waiting on the new blower motor to be delivered. I can hear the old blower motor running at about 20 rpm in all switch settings, just too much water. I hear this is a problem with all the HHRs. The sealer lets loose and the plastic membrane funnels the water right into the heater area. Water on the passenger front floor is an early sign.

Just an update. HHR has been sitting for a week in the sun waiting for the new heater motor install. My wife used it yesterday and said all the settings on the motor are working again. Guess it just dried out. I'll put the blower motor on the shelf for later.
