Me too, car looks cleaner without skirts. My are stored away

Bill Wilson 50 styleline deluxe 2 door sold,- 51 styleline Deluxe 2 door ,'56 235 with dual carter webers on an Offenhauser intake, Fenton headers, 56 chevy rear end and 700R4 transmission.

OK, now seeing how I like it without the chrome tips. I never wanted the hot rod look. The car had dice on the door locks, valve stems and on the package shelf, and the lowering blocks had just been removed when I got it. I wish it had the handle on the trunk

Now it looks like something Marcus Welby would drive. Or Jim Anderson. They were the same guy...

Hi Dave, I like the way it looks with and without the skirts.
The thing I don't like about the factory Chevy skirts is they look like an afterthought. They just don't compliment the lines.

I have found a similar skirt from an Old's that has a flared lower edge and will try them when I get to restore my honey dripper Bel Air.
