My truck has been doing this for a while it runs good until you pass up 1/4 throttle then stutters and backfires ive replaced the coolant temp sensor throttle body iac valve tps sensor distributor
Plugs wires knock sensor oxygen sensors ecm and egr valve im starting to think it may be electrical like a bad ground? Im just wanting to get some opinions before i sink more money in it and while im at it the transmission pulls as it should but tries to hang between 2nd and drive could this be a torque converter? Thanks ahead

You been running a zinc additive? Flat tappet cams need zinc and the EPA took it out of oil. They don't care if it kills your cam. It's possible it could need plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. I'd make sure you didn't wipe a cam lobe before you shotgun more money at it.
