Grille and headlights are slightly different. Some of the trim is different. Mechanically, 67s have dual master cylinders, and a different steering column and steering box. There's more once you dig into the options. Disc brakes were available in 67.

I worked at Fisher Body where the ChevyII was made before I went into the service.
