My seam sealer on the roof drip rails is cracking badly and the roof drip rails are rusting. What is the best seam sealer to use? Two part? Self leveling? Could water get into the cab area by the vents on the floor? Thanks, Scott

3 M #08531 is what a local Body Shop uses. The rust needs to be all gone first before any primer sealer and seam sealer is used. I myself sandblasted all the drip rail area then blew the s h i t out of it to get all particles dust and such gone then primer sealed it and used Body putty/filler sanded it all smooth then topped it off again with primer sealer. That's it.

PS not that it matters I also am 68 and live close to you in yucca valley.
