Ok I have done a quick search on this one luck. I decided to get a brand new bed for my truck. I have it in my shop for paint. My question is what is the best way to put it back on truck. Bed side, sill and front with out finders, all put together with out the wood in it or disassemble and build it on truck after paint? Im thinking from the sill forward I will have to use some kind of spacers both side 3/4 thick to allow for wood floor? thats to support the box. The thickness of the wood is 3/4" if im not mistaken? Any picture of how it done would help.
