I have replaced disk pads on all of my cars in the past, but got to my 79 Vette, and the rear brakes have a steel line running to the calipers. So, every time you have to change the pads, you would have to disconnect this line and rebleed the brakes when installed? Never saw this setup before. The fronts have a flex line.

NO NEED TO REMOVE THE CALIPER,PULL OUT THE PIN,THE PADS COME OUT THRU THE TOP,REVERSE PROCEDURE.
