Hey guys! On my 61 vert when I roll the door glass up it binds on the outer rubber seal that is attached to the stainless trim along the top of the door. Is there a way to adjust this so it doesn't happen?

Yes, both the roof rail and the door glass can be adjusted. Suggest you consult the shop manual for particulars.

Do you have original stainless reveal moldings?
Is the stainless reveal molding with the rubber seal screwed to the upper door frame with flat head philips screws ?
Have you replaced the rubber seal on this stainless -if so how is it attached to the stainless (staples were originally used by the factory)?
Both the vent window track and the rear window have minimal adjustment away from the window with its chrome frame.
Do you have new vertical vent window felts with the U shaped chrome bead for the door glass to roll up in ?
Do you have new felt in the vertical channel for the rear channel at the door jamb were the latch is ?
Do you have original chrome 61 to 64 convertible only frames on the door glass (or reproduction frames)?

The shop manual and or the assembly manual have minimal instructions that will help.

the rubber seal attached to the reveal molding stainless(that is screwed to the top of the door frame) is designed to touch the glass when you roll up the glass.

Post pictures of the window rolled down and rolled 1/2 way up.

Trial fitting new panels on my 65, I found the metal edge at the top of the door that the top rail rests on had to be pulled out a little to get some more distance between the panel and the vent window to allow the panel to drop without having to push it in hard towards the vent window.
No way it would have gone on like that with the weatherstrip attached.
Door metal needing pulling out a bit might be the case with your car.
My weatherstrips were screwed on with short black Phillips screws that barely poke through the top rail.
No adhesive or anything else to deal with.
Some are stapled on though and have to be left alone.
In that case if it seems you have to push the panel in towards the glass excessively to get the panel to drop, try bending the door metal out a bit in those areas so the weatherstripping is not overly tight against the glass.
