Who’s your preference to buy carpet from and is mass backing worth the extra charge? I need some fawn 2door carpet

I just got my turquoise salt and pepper carpet from Stock Interiors. I got the mass backing and I feel it's worth it.

The last carpet I got was from Cars Inc. Solid black that fit like a glove.

Sounds like a 61 or 62 ?
All 61 & 62 Chevy’s came with salt & pepper (also called Tuxedo) carpet from the factory.
All colors ( other than black) salt and pepper carpet for 61 & 62 came with black loops mixed in the carpet.

My tuxedo carpet came from Cars Inc ( they don’t make the carpet). Also got carpet from Ciadella in Arizona. The Cars Inc carpet was drop shipped from TrimParts in Ohio. I don’t think that Trim Parts sells carpet now.

All original 61 to 64 carpet was loop carpet and it came with fiber backing.
All 61 to 64 carpet is/was molded to fit factory floor pans.
It only costs about $35 more for salt/pepper ( tuxedo) and I think it’s better looking than plain colors.
