I assume there should be some kind of fuzzie, felt ,etc in the rear channel for the door glass in a 1954 Chevy http. My channel has no sign that anything ever lined the channel.
What gives? Thanks for your help.

If its like my 50 which I changing at this time, all that was left was the metal frame, the felt was completely gone. There should be felt window channel around the top& side perimeter of the door window frame and felt belt weather stripping that goes along the sides of door where the window cranks up through

If your not the lead dog the view never changes

I bought some felt with a sticky back side, over size but I got the back side wet with thinner stuck it in the channel with a wooden paint stirrer rolled up the window and trimmed the excess with a razor blade, I think I got some extra if you want it.
