We are wanting to re-upholster front and back seat for 1948 chevy fleetline and can't find the pattern for the seats. Any ideas or thoughts? We have the old front seat covers that we can use, but not the back seat. Help!

Welcome to ChevyTalk. Do you have the rear seat frame and springs? I had an upholstery shop recover my back seat, to match the front seat I purchased separately that had been reupholstered.

Typically it was leatherette on top half of seat back with a small corduroy bottom half. The seat bottoms were the the same pattern, but the leather was on the front half and the corduroy was where your butt sat.
The color choices of the leatherette were red, black, blue and I think a tan
I saw the brochure somewhere for interiors

Thanks!

I stand corrected! Im guessing the material I described was for rag tops?

Thanks!
