Hope I post it in the right place.
Saw this pristine exemple of a special Monza in a show back in june in Victoriaville, Qc, Canada.
Is that a factory option, or even a Canadian only version?

Since we can't have special ordered license plate in Quebec, this car have one with 077, I guess it means it's a 1977 Monza.

Yes, that is a factory ordered car. Very unique and very interesting. Neat cars!

Those were pretty neat to see when they came out, the red/white/blue colors are great. I haven't seen one of those in like 25 years!!! I can't remember who, but an aftermarket company made extended "can-am" fenders and flares for those back in the day too. The factory stock ones like in the pic looked neat, but the extended "can-am" ones were just mean looking. Thanks for the memories. :o)

GM offered the race fender kit "over the parts counter". They were considerably larger in dimensions than those which were factory installed (as seen in the posted photos)

On another note... How was your trip home? Uneventful I hope. Missed you on the tours. Saw some really neat stuff. Great to meet you by the way.

Hi Donny,

Great to see you too!

I sure did wish I could have joined you for the rest of the week - but work was calling and a "family issue" had to be dealt with.

Trip home was uneventful - which is always welcome. Moving into a new garage over the next few weeks - and I had to safety wire the springs on 11 garage doors! Took me two days..... nothing like a broken garage door spring bouncing off your freshly restored sheetmetal!

Take care of that Nova! Its very impressive...
