There are no kits or direct fit disc brakes from other year Chevys that will bolt right on. And the disc brake kits available for a '41-'49 Chevy car will always come with a later 5x4.75" bolt pattern. So if you still have the original 6 bolt wheels you'll be replacing them with 5 bolt Chevy pattern wheels.
This is one kit for $400 that is a bolt on. But what they don't include is a new master cylinder, or proportioning valve, and both should also be added when you swap in disc brakes. I would always use a dual master and proportioning valve when running a disc/drum setup.
