Mel,
The lack of power steering makes it diffucult to maneuver corners, etc. so driving is quite an upper-body workout.

Well if you think steering now is a bugger don't follow my led. Was running Riverside road course and added the quick steering adapter. Now if parked in a tight space I worry about bending the steering wheel.
Hard to look like a big shot when you are almost standing in the seat to get a 1/4 turn out of the steering wheel. Give me another ten minutes guys and I will have her out of the space. Mel

Not a Vetter but when I rebuilt the steering on 2blu52 I could find only NOS worm and sector for a 49, I installed that and was pleased with the quicker response but parking or moving unde3r about 10 miles an hour and steering required a whole lot of upper arm strength that my late 70s body no longer had a lot of.
