Several years ago, I embarked on redoing the mechanical end of my '63. Afterwards, my brother located an old SBC and I stuck it in his old Fxxx. I used rams horn exhaust manifolds and I scrounged the flared end of one of the old pipes from my '63 and one of the the exhaust manifolds I picked up had a short length of exhaust pipe with the flare. Now, I'm putting another SBC into a Fxxx of my own and I'm out of the flared pipes. I tried making my own. I had a muffler shop expand a couple of short pieces of 2" pipe and then flare the ends. The expanded part turns out to be too big to fit through the triangular flange and the flare doesn't fit the donut gasket worth a darn. Does anybody make these flared pieces? Thanks for any help here.
