1st check your cable continuity on both positive and negative battery cables. You've already cleaned the connections.

2nd check the Fisher Body bulkhead connectors. They're just below the brake master cylinder. Wiggle them with lights on etc.

3rd Inspect all wire harnesses for burned or melted or mouse eaten insulation. Check the fuse box.
