    In response to BB Biscuit

I haven’t done it, but probably will in the future, so I’d be interested in seeing other responses. But I can tell you what I did for my El Camino when I switched to an aluminum radiator and a serpentine belt system. I bent a couple of coat hangers to the shape I needed and to the right length. I then went to the parts store and asked if I could compare my templates to their hoses. They let me and I didn’t have to look for long. One was perfect and the other had to be trimmed down on length a little bit. I don’t quite remember what I did to make sure the diameter was correct on both ends.
