I dont know where you live, but I would love to help you since Im trying to install my 47 top on my car also. I have a generic GM manual that shows what youre talking about, I think. I dont have an old top to copy, but I have a new top and rear win apron, just dont know much other than what Ive been reading. I do know your side widows have to be finished & installed.
BTW, do you have a spare D/S rear win. regulator?
