Truck is a 96 k1500 4x4. I replaced the fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump. I became curious and slid one injector out of the manifold. It looked to me like the injector was at the top of the manifold. It has a little fuel hose and a connector at the injector. Well I got curious again and went to the junk hard and took another truck apart. Now the injectors were completely different. The injector was at the bottom of the injector bore and there were no wires at the injector. Mainly my question is, will that second setup work in my truck. It seems more efficient to ha e the injector down at the port rather than shooting down a hole... any education you guys can supply will be greatly appreciated.
