After a week off from any car stuff, I got a little time in today. I cut out all the bad metal on the passenger front floor, leaving the original spline plus a few extra inches of floor that were still strong. I also removed a portion of the passenger toe kick and tunnel edge as they are not strong enough to save. I think between Christmas gifts and a bonus check I will be able to finish the floor work by the end of January. Pics before, during, and after:
