Noticed the reason my passenger side door wouldn’t stay aligned was the play in the bottom hinge. I have the hinge pin replacement on hand. Next step is finding a Phillips bit large enough to remove these screws. Anyone know the size?
Are you certain that you problem is the hinge/bushings/pin and not the structure of the lower hinge box the hinge bolts to. This area at the lower hinge is prone to failure from internal rust whereas the upper hinge box is not.
