It’s not the fob if it doesn’t work from the switch either. How exactly did you test the actuator and switch? If the actuator only has two wires, those wires switch from power to ground depending if they are pushing or pulling (locking and unlocking). So how the power and ground goes through the switch to the actuator determines if it is locking or unlocking. This usually occurs after the relay, so the switch determines which power wire is triggered by the relay. So it sounds like you have a broken wire between the switch and relay. You will need a wiring schematic to see which wires are which. But the most likely place for the wires to develop a break is at the harness between the door and body because it flexes every time the door is opened and closed. You may even be able to hold the button and move the harness around and the wires will temporarily make contact again and work while manipulating the harness.
