yes and no depending on how you look at it, there should be a hole ( you need to drill) in the very forward part of the rocker, this is the part that tucks behind the fender, the fender will have a stiffing bracket on the back side of it that will bolt to the hold you drill, but the part of teh rocker that tucks behind is not very long and you could be on the "a' piller stamping that connect to the rocker in the same area along with other parts, it can be confusing due to the number of parts merging in thea area and double triple stacked on each other
