A TBI guide was emailed to you. Check all the body grounds. Using the diagrams, disconnect everything on that circuit. Plug in one item at a time. When the fuse blows, the problem is there. If it's still intermediate, wiggle the harness around the fuse box and engine.
So many people have problems with only bad battery connections. Replace the post connections if necessary.
