1991 S-10 4x4 4.3.
I've been having an electrical problem and it's driving me nuts! It has a new battery and alternator but doesn't charge the battery. It blows my 20 Amp. ignition/gauges fuse as soon as I turn the key. The buzzer stays on when I turn my headlights on but the headlights are real dim. Non of my gauges work but the lights in the dash work fine. When I say gauges, I mean nothing. No gas gauge, not even the speedometer or odometer.
About 4 years ago, I stripped it down to metal and painted it in my garage so I want to keep it and besides, I bought it from my mom after my dad died. I don't really know what I expect anyone here to do since it's such a weird problem but you have helped me with some strange problems before. ("Wipers swipe out of nowhere") (Where's my transmission fluid going"). There are some really sharp people on here! Thanks Scott
