I purchased a spare padded dash, and had it recovered by Al Knoch Interiors, and it came out perfect. The color was wrong, but I knew that going in, and I had the correct color mixed in SEM Vinyl paint. Now that it is painted, I am wondering if there are any short cuts to getting the dash housing out, to install the new padded dash. I am hoping to be able to just pull it out enough to access the tabs, and not having to remove any more that necessary. I already have the radio out, but was wondering about the speaker. Does that have to come out also? All helpful hints are welcome. thanks Junk
