After reading Thadd's story about his Nomad I am wondering if repairing one is worth the expense. The car in question, a 55, needs a floor and quarter panels including the inner wheelhouse and the frame has one soft area behind the rear wheels that could be repaired. The rest of the car has new front fenders bought from G.M. in the 70's for $42.50 each, perfect hood, roof, very clean doors and tailgate, good glass, leather interior and late model low mileage driveline, including front disc brakes. All original front suspension with all new parts. Near perfect chrome and stainless. It's a driver that can go anywhere and needs nothing other than the major work. That is the fly in the soup. With todays prices for parts and labor, is it worth fixing? What do you think guys? Keeper or parts car?
