so i sometimes wander into the 99-presant truck forums and find they have a big sticky thread where they can show off pictures of their trucks. so why havn't we done the same yet? so here it starts (hopefully) where you can all show pictures of your trucks!

showblazer or trucknut... this needs to be sticky once (if) it gets going!

Al

EDIT - Al's pictures got lost in the shuffle; they're on page 21 now.

sptrtrk, looking good! I keep wanting to lower the rear of mine that extra inch or so to get it closer to level, (haven't done the spring hangers yet) but with being extended cab AND longbed, I'm worried about high-centering it everywhere. It's already a little dicey as is. The lowest point on the truck being the gas tank straps has me always conscious of steep driveway angles

yea, the flares did a pretty good job keeping debris away from the windshield! I was actually a bit surprised about that.

Yeah, that's usually the first place water and mud ends up when I jump into a puddle like that. Sorry I don't have any pictures online yet, got to find a place to host them, then I'll post them up.

Thank you for the compliment Steve. I feel very fortunate!
I should of said that pic was from a movie drive in. Two local clubs went together and rented one of the screens this past Saturday night. Small car show, poker run, and of course a movie: "Rebel Without A Cause" for you James Dean fans. We had a GREAT time. And the Sonic cruise ins are fountain drinks only. What you can't see in that pic is the cooler behind the driver's seat...

Sorry for the delay? I live up in Snohomish Wa. Sadly I no longer have the truck but I did do lot of work to it. Bought it from a fella in Eastern WA and it was a farm rig it's whole life. I did all of the work to it except the engine & trans. It still had the original 261-6 & 3 speed. Was to be replaced but hard times- (You know the deal...) I am still kicking myself for selling it. I know where the guy lives (Or used to live) and I should go buy it back but at the rate Hot Rods are going up in price it would take some $$$$$ to get it back. So I just keep it in the back of my mind. I have plenty of other rigs to slave over and one project that I need to get completed and out the door for some CA$H!!! I'll find/build another one someday. I've attached my webpage (Sorta, mostly pics) The 62' only has 1 pic as I didn't have a digital camera when I was building it. I'll scan the rest of the pics someday. My Webpage

Thanks much,

John

This is my 96 Z-71 Long Bed, hooked to my 26ft race car trailer. (I bracket race a 71 Nova SS in NHRA Super Pro, and Super Street competition) The long bed Z is mostly stock with the exception of the Weld Typhoon wheels, and BF Goodrich tires. I also have a real nice 94 Ext cab short bed 2 tone Teal/silver 1/2 ton 2wd, with 15X8" Corvette Rally wheels, a 96 Ext cab Hunter Green 3500 Dually with the Vortec 454, and my wife drives a 96 Maroon and beige 2 tone 4wd Suburban LT.

I think I'll try and get some pics of the other trucks posted on here in a few days. I am a mid 90's truck fanatic. I'm more into stock trucks, than customs. All my trucks are maintained with GM AC Delco parts, from the spark plugs to the tail pipes.

Looking good with the Impala SS rims and the old-style clear corners! I wish I could still find those. I have a set for a Chevy grille but not the GMC. All the ones out now are completely "see-through" clear and I hate em!
